v1.0.0 includes following changes since v0.10.0 (important ones are highlighted):

  1. Update deep learning models for all platforms with improved accuracy.
  2. Reworked deep learning models for improved skeleton detection speed.
  3. Add support for Vive Pro 2.
  4. Reworked smoothing to make 3d result more stable and responsive.
  5. Filter out some 3d results when model confidence is low.
  6. 2D and 3D point modes are deprecated. Only skeleton mode will be supported in future.
  7. Detection is now paused when HMD is took off for PC HMDs. This uses proximity sensor on device.
  8. Fix bug that hand detection stopped and never restarted when Cosmos enters sleep mode.
  9. Add compiler warnings for deprecated fields.

Unity Plugin

  1. Add support for WaveXR 4.0 (only for Vive Focus 3). See WaveVR Compatibility for details.
  2. Detection is now asynchronously started to avoid blocking VR main thread.
  3. Add support for ARCore 1.6.0 or newer, supporting both ARFoundation and ARCore SDK.
  4. Add new sample scene for ARCore.

Unreal Plugin

  1. Add support for WaveVR 4.0 (only for Vive Focus 3). See WaveVR Compatibility for details.
  2. Add support for ARCore, requires Unreal 4.22 or newer.
  3. Add new sample scene for ARCore.

C/C++ Plugin

  1. Add support for ARCore 1.6.0 or newer.
