Frame Sharpness Enhancement

Introduction

Frame Sharpness Enhancement(FSE) is a feature which sharpens the final image by applying a sharpening filter to it. The FSE level can be adjusted in order to fine tune the visual result.

Prerequisite

FSE can be enabled as long as the basic VIVE Wave XR Plugin package is imported.

To adjust the FSE Level, the VIVE Wave XR Plugin - Essence package is required.

How to use

In order to use FSE, the Enable FSE option has to be selected in WaveXRSettings. When the Enable FSE option is selected, the FSE level can be adjusted through the FSE Level slider.

Note

Once FSE is enabled, it cannot be disabled during runtime and will be always-on.
Enabling FSE will consume additional GPU resources.
